Residential work lives and dies on repetition. A tower is the same suite solved several hundred times, and the difference between a good crew and a great one shows up in whether the four-hundredth unit is finished to the standard of the first. We staff and sequence for that consistency rather than for a fast start.

On vertical builds we work floor by floor on a fixed cycle, coordinating with mechanical, electrical and sprinkler trades so nothing is boarded before it should be and nothing waits on us. Suite separations, corridor assemblies and shaft walls are built to the tested fire and acoustic ratings on the drawings, and we keep the documentation to prove it.

On custom and low-rise work the priority shifts from cycle time to craft. Fewer units, more one-off conditions, more direct contact with the builder and the homeowner — bulkheads, coffers, curved work and transitions that were drawn once and have to be right the first time.
